When my husband and I arrived the car was already pulled out front and ready for us to test drive. We got a fair price for our older trade in which was nice. Mackenzie was willing to stay past closing time so we could take the car home that night. We got a good car for a good price and it was a relatively stress free experience. More

And last but not least, Amaaad completed our purchase, and made us feel like we were the only customer in the showroom, and like he had known us for years. Top knotch!!!! Our first encounter with sales personnel was with MacKenzie Hansen. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional and low pressure. Our next encounter with sales was with Lisa Bunch-Myers. She was also very knowledgeable and professional. At no point did we feel we were under high pressure to purchase the vehicle, but rather every question we had was answered promptly and accurately. MacKenzie was particularly knowledgeable of the cars complex electronics package. The Internet Manager, Sonny Wolfenbarger went out of his was to introduce himself and make sure all of our questions were answered. At the end of the process I felt that were able to make what I consider an educated decision to purchase the vehicle at a very fair price. I also noticed a Folds of Honor decal on the front door, which I hope means that they support this fine charitable organization that provides post-secondary scholarships to children of military men and women who have been killed or disabled in the line of duty. I rate our experience at Lenoir City Ford a solid A+. More
