Not once were we ever treated like little girls who knew nothing about cars. Cleason was super respectful and only give information on things we specifically asked. They were the only dealership that returned my trade in car after valuation without changing my mirrors and driver seat. They really went out of their way to earn my business. Highly recommend anyone to visit even if they weren't even though about buying a Subaru. Buda City Limits Subaru made me want to buy a Subaru even when it wasn't even my top 3 choice! More

I’m very happy with the vehicle itself and ultimately got the numbers where I needed them, but the buying process was stressful and required a lot more effort than expected. I strongly recommend reviewing every document carefully before signing anything. The finance office initially included add-ons and pricing changes that I had to question multiple times before receiving the correct final buyer’s order. I also felt pressured not to contact my own credit union, which was frustrating. That said, once I pushed back and verified everything myself, the dealership did adjust the pricing and remove products I did not want. The vehicle was clean and as described, but transparency and communication during financing could definitely improve. More

Super smooth experience, the staff was very clear with every detail on the car and with the whole process of going forward.
