He showed up with multiple options that actually suited our needs, and all of them were good, but the first two were so good we knew it was between one of them. He was knowledgeable and attentive and even helped me figure out some of the wacky particular things and numbers I like to run faster and better than I could do them myself. He met my wife and I at our needs and the ways we operate and tailored our car buying experience to what works for US. It didn't feel like having a vehicle pushed on us. It felt like having someone work FOR us to find what WE needed. We're very happy with our purchase, my wife particularly has been using the word "perfect" and even running it against our budget and my neurotic particular wants and concerns, I have to agree.
