A 500-Mile Round Trip from Louisville—Worth Every Mile! I recently drove all the way from Louisville, KY, to Capital Toyota in Chattanooga to pick up a 2014 Ford F-150 STX SuperCab 4x4, and the experie I recently drove all the way from Louisville, KY, to Capital Toyota in Chattanooga to pick up a 2014 Ford F-150 STX SuperCab 4x4, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. Part of my motivation for heading that far south was to find a truck that hadn’t been eaten alive by the rust we see in my area and further north. Based on the pictures, this truck looked to be in great condition—but in person, it was just as good, if not better. The team made this long-distance purchase seamless: Mallory: My first contact over the holidays. She was incredible at keeping everyone on the same page with timely responses and managing all the digital aspects of the deal. Nic: A fantastic salesman who kept me updated via text and, most importantly, made sure the truck was held for me until I could get down there. He handled the test drive and the purchase process perfectly. Chandler: In the finance office, Chandler was a huge help. He walked me through the digital paperwork, actually listened to my questions, and helped me select a warranty that was actually right for my needs. I strongly recommend looking into their warranty options—I was thrilled they could offer solid coverage at such a reasonable price for a higher-mileage vehicle. Curry: The Used Car Sales Manager made it a point to stop by, see how the process was going, and explicitly thanked me for making the long drive down from Kentucky. It’s rare to find a dealership where every department is this locked-in and the inventory actually matches the photos. If you’re an out-of-town buyer looking for a transparent, professional experience and a clean, rust-free vehicle, Capital Toyota is the place. The truck is running amazing and was well worth the drive! More

A couple of months ago I bought my wife a car from Lexus of Chattanooga. In the process, I found out that capital Toyota was owned by the same people. Since I want to buy a Tacoma, I intended to go there of Chattanooga. In the process, I found out that capital Toyota was owned by the same people. Since I want to buy a Tacoma, I intended to go there because the service I got at Lexus of Chattanooga was outstanding. But the two are like night and day. I went to the website and started looking at Tacomas available and pricing, as well as incentives. Of course, you can't get any information without giving your contact info, so I did. I was contacted by a representative and I explained clearly that it would be several months before I was ready to buy, having just bought one car. No problem so far. Then a few weeks ago I get an email from her saying since I haven't bought anything they are going to delete my file. Hmmm, I explained previously that it would be a while and went to the trouble of giving them my information, but now they want to delete it all because I haven't bought anything yet. Not good customer service. So I reply to the email that it is fine for them to delete it since I won't be buying from them. I will now go to North Georgia Toyota. I get a reply with the old excuse that the computer did it. I have some experience in sales. I would NEVER leave customer relations to a computer. I have no desire to work with any business that leaves customer relations to a computer. I found the email for the general manager and emailed him simply to tell him how and why he lost a customer. I gave the details, and more, listed above. I didn't want anything from them at that point, I just felt it was right to tell them why they ran off a customer. But the response I got made it even worse. The GM didn't contact me back. He had one of his assistants do it! The assistant wanted to "fix" things. Well, if there was any hope it would have been if the guy I sent the email to responded, not one of his subordinates. At that point there was no hope for getting my business. North Georgia Toyota here I come. More
