I bought a 2023 Sorento and have had nothing but problems. My frame was cracked causing issues with the steering. When the service center repaired the issue, their technician tore apart my entire da problems. My frame was cracked causing issues with the steering. When the service center repaired the issue, their technician tore apart my entire dashboard, entertainment center and gear shaft. They left scrapes, gashes, and damage around the entire dashboard in my new car. The leather shifter was torn up and frayed, the entertainment center was scratched and crooked and the heat wasn’t working. Since then, they have had my car for 4 months and counting to fix the mess that THEY caused and I can’t get any answers on when I’ll have my car back. I thought their warranty was a selling point, but what good is a warranty if you can’t trust their service center? Trust your gut and go somewhere else, I wish I did. More

This dealership and service department are tge worst in America They dont care about the costumers. Their service department is awful they only know how to do oil change . I have a brand new Kia under w America They dont care about the costumers. Their service department is awful they only know how to do oil change . I have a brand new Kia under warranty that i purchased from and its making a noise when turn the AC or heating system and they cant figure out what it is. The first time they daid they fixed and it wasn't fixed now for the same problem the saying that we can look at it in 5 months. If u want a piece of mind do not purchase cars at this dealership. U welcome for warning u yall. If u purchase a car from this dealership u will have awful experience More
