Their initial offer was lower than I wanted, so I ignored it — but that didn’t stop the flood of spam calls and emails that followed. Eventually, I spoke to a rep named Kaua from what sounded like a call center. He said the dealership really wanted my car and would pay top dollar. I made it clear I needed more than the original KBB offer, and he assured me that wouldn’t be a problem — just bring the car in and they’d appraise it. I brought the car in and they offered $22,000. It was still below what I owed, so I declined. After that, I kept receiving calls and emails. The salesperson even called right after I left, begging me to take the deal. I explained I needed at least $23,000. This back-and-forth continued for a week, but they never budged from $22,000. Eventually, I agreed to the $22,000 just to be done with it. I was told to come in right away and bring all necessary documents so we could finalize the deal. When I arrived, I was greeted by someone named Mark. I handed over everything — keys, documents, etc. — and he left to “finalize the offer.” When he returned, he told me they were now only offering $21,000. I was stunned. I reminded him that we had agreed to $22,000. He went to "talk to his manager" but came back with the same offer. At that point, I walked out. This dealership clearly uses bait-and-switch tactics. It was one of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences I've ever had. If you value your time and your money, stay away from this place. More
