Mike was a man of his word and took the vehicle back, no questions asked. Because of that honesty, I purchased not one but 2 more XC60’s. Recently I wanted to upgrade one of them to a XC90. Mike and Kathy said that it might take a while to find one that has the options I was looking for. It took over 6 months but a call came directly from Mike, my XC90 was found and it would fit into my budget. I could not be happier.
