Paid 1650+for a new ignition switch. Take it to the pros,right? They gave it back with 2 lights on, no mention of them by Braedon, the service tech. Drove a block away ,a 3rd light comes on.i take it back. Oooh seems they forgot to calibrate something. But ALSO" hey, we had to do $200 diagnostic without your approval to get the cause of light #3. It's this $300 part. Plus labor." Look up said part. Cable reel. Look up Honda Service manual for the lights. Cable reel damage association. Look up ignition change in service manual. "Cable reel must be removed with care as it's easily damaged ." Refuse to pay any further charges, as these indicators were not on when the car was brought in. The repair I paid for is noted by the manufacturer to cause" failure of the cable reel when disconnecting from the wiring harness ". Escalated to the service manager Mark Scotch who offered a discount. To fix their mistakes. Are we serious,now? It's been a month,come on. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Take it to the pros, right? More

Cody and Shay worked really hard for me to be placed into a car. They treated me like family, yes I was there to buy a car but they didn’t just make it about buying a car. If you have any questions they are quick to answer and there is no embarrassing questions. If I could give 100 starts I would, not only is the process of getting a car great their service department is very efficient and detailed. AutoNation Honda treats you like family, they make buying a car as easy and less stress as possible. More

Could have saved my hundreds of dollars and told me that all I needed was a new plastic cover for my key since there was nothing wrong with my physical key or its electronics. $7 vs almost $200.
