We visited City Volkswagen of Evanston on Thursday, June 19th to test drive a used Volkswagen Atlas. Narcis took care of us that day. The test drive went great, and while impressed with the Atlas, it did not have all the features that we wanted. Narcis suggested, a used Tiguan, competitively priced and loaded with features, so we took that for a spin, eventually purchasing that car. Throughout our visit there was never any rush or pressure to purchase, in fact we left the dealership to test drive another car only to return for the Tiguan. The lone issue we had with the purchase was that there was only one key FOB. Narcis told me that he could see what he could do about getting an extra one. He reached out to VW and they said that the car was turned in with only one key, but he spoke with his management and secured an additional one at no charge. Our experience with Narcis and City Volkswagen of Evanston, as well as the follow-up afterwards, has been stellar. We will certainly look here again should we be in the market for another vehicle! More

This is my second car purchased from City VW of Evanston, and it will be where I will purchase every other VW in the future. Everyone was warm and friendly, and I didn’t feel intimidated at all going in there. Frank, my salesman was efficient and made sure all my questions were answered. He followed-up with me in a timely manner and always let me know he was there with any questions during the purchase experience, but also post purchase Marcus and Enrique went above and beyond working with VW credit and I’m truly thankful for how they were able to work their magic. The process took about a week, but it felt like a day with how great they were with their communication and follow-ups. Finally Alex made signing the contracts easy breezy beautiful contracts signed and I was in and out in 30. Highly recommend if you’re looking into a VW, which also highly recommend, head to City VW of Evanston. More

Ian was professional and never rushed me, answering my questions thoughtfully and giving me space to consider everything carefully. The experience was smooth and relaxed, with Ian maintaining a helpful, approachable attitude throughout. Alex Paszkowski, the finance manager, helped me get settled up. He was clear about the terms and made the financing process quick and easy, which I really appreciated. At checkout, Mike Szafraniec, the service advisor, assisted me and made sure everything was wrapped up smoothly.
