They did great when I went in for an oil change, but when I called to schedule a service appointment, and then took my vehicle in, the did a multi point inspection. Helpful, but I didn't request one, and honestly didn't have the money to pay for it either, just the one service I scheduled. Anyways I called back once they sent me the recommendations and findings from the inspection, and i was told that I had only scheduled to find out what the bigger problem was for the service I was going to get done... so not the service I actually requested. Eventually we got it figured out. I am disappointed as a customer, because I very well may have been charged for the extra things they did without consulting me, honestly thats what frustrated me the most. On the upside though they only charged me for the original quoted price, and not the extra. I was very thankful. More

Are Nissan Titan is broken down all the time Nissan of Walla Walla has had the pickup again for 4 months again now they are saying another 2 weeks it never stops with them the owner won't even call back .
