Maria Morales was very responsive from the moment she took my call, made a thorough video recording for me to look at the car before I drove to Cleveland, and answered many of my questions before I even took my call, made a thorough video recording for me to look at the car before I drove to Cleveland, and answered many of my questions before I even met her. I ended up meeting her at the dealership and she was incredibly professional and didn’t blink when I told her I needed to buy the car and needed to leave in less than four hours… with the car.
