I had a great experience when I met Jay Jackson at Lester Glenn Subaru. It was a Friday night and I was looking at my second of three vehicles I was scoping out. I was up front with Jay about my situation and after talking for a while I took a test drive and when I came back everything just fell into place. Jay knew exactly what I wanted and after talking a bit more I knew this the car I wanted, the place I wanted to buy it from and most of all I knew Jay was the only one I wanted to buy from. It was a great experience all around. And a shout out to Ann at the front reception also for being really welcoming when I first showed up and stopping to answer questions when I picked up my Forester.
