the service with mário was excellent. mário was the salesperson who assisted me at kia, and his service was very good. however, my father was the cosigner on the application, and i went a mário was the salesperson who assisted me at kia, and his service was very good. however, my father was the cosigner on the application, and i went alone to pick up the car. at that time, i was told that my father was not needed. later on, they required my father to sign additional documents and to go to the dealership in person. this process took more than 15 days because my father works full time. during this period, i was put under extreme pressure, with constant calls telling me that i needed to come in immediately, otherwise they would take the car back and that i would have to return the vehicle. one of the employees was even rude; i do not know who he was. i mentioned this situation to mário as well, and he told me that there are some people at kia who are a bit rude or unprofessional when it comes to documentation. i understood the situation, and i have nothing negative to say about the car itself, but this whole experience left me very disappointed and sad with kia’s system.
