Worst dealership in America. Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, stating it had a rebuilt engine. They still tried selling me the defective vehicle. I refused so they found another one that had low mileage for the year. Went to look at it, the entertainment screen in the back of the passenger seat was smashed like someone’s head crashed into it. They still tried selling me that stating it’s only about $1k to replace it. I should have known from there what kind of people I was dealing with, but I needed a car. They convinced me to look at the Jeep Wagoneer. It was a newer car with low mileage, so I said why not. What did I do? They sold me a lemon with a faulty transmission that they claim can’t be fixed because there is no check engine light showing and they can’t see the problem on their system. I am now stuck with a car that drives like a trash. I went back to see if I can trade it for a new Tahoe that had just arrived on the lot. After they had me sitting in the dealership for hours (losing money and time), we finally came to a deal on the trade and the purchase. But it was getting late and I had to leave to pick someone up from the airport. So I said I would come in the following day to sign all the paperwork (giving them ample time to get the car and paperwork ready). After wasting gas to drive this clunker to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the new car, the finance manager messed up the deal stating the numbers are off. I know what they were doing. They were trying to squeeze more money out of me. I guess they felt I was an easy mark, but that was going down like that. Now I’m out insurance money, gas money, time that I can never get back and I never got the car. If you value your money, time and peace of mind, don’t do business with this dealership. They are all scammers! More

If possible stay away from these people. They will charge you for mandatory options such as LoJack, etching, paint protection, recondition fees and the dealer fees. For new car cars I can un They will charge you for mandatory options such as LoJack, etching, paint protection, recondition fees and the dealer fees. For new car cars I can understand the LoJack,etching etc but the used car already had items installed with the prior owner so they came with the car. They claim to add the paint protection and interior but they are not willing to give you any proof. They nickel and dime you. The “add ons” were roughly 3k and roughly 1.9k in fees. Then they tell you oh only special certified mechanics from Chevy can work on your car and have it covered under warranty. Update 3/15 I contact them as requested in google and no response from them. I have been also trying to get in touch with Mario from finance regarding my extended warranty for the past 2 weeks and he never returns my calls or emails. I also tried contacting the director from finance via email with no response. More
