I had a great time in my test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the 2014 Forte5 EX I was looking at as well as being an enjoyable passenger and having good conversation. I definitely reccomend you ask for Mark when you go to Crown for your new Kia. Brian was part of the price negotiation (I think he is the sales manager). He was also very understanding when it came to negotiating the final price of the car and was a pleasure to work with. Lenny helped us with the Fianancing paperwork and was very informative, efficient, and enjoyable even though we were there past 7 (close at 6) on a Saturday. After all the paperwork was done (keep in mind 1+ hours after close) Mark helped me set up all the electronic services, including the UVO and connected it to my phone for me so I didn't have to do anything! Mark and Jarred did a great job showing my wife and I several Kia Sorento's. We arrived late in the evening, and everyone was really patient throughout the process. Mark and Jarred walked us through the differences between the models, and answered all of our questions. My trade-in was taken in without issue and all vehicles were very competitively priced. Bob helped us make the final decision between the models and shared some great conversation while documents were drawn up. Lenny stayed late to finish the deal for us and was a pleasure. Collin did a stellar job detailing the car and was still at it at nearly 10pm. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Crown, and each of the individuals listed herein. Thanks guys ! More
