I went into the dealership to look at a vehicle I saw online. I was greeted by Mark who explained thru test driving process. I will never be a return customer to Melton CDJR. My son bought his first vehicle from them 3 weeks ago. The first week had the car it had a white smoke cloud come from the exhaust. We checked the coolant level and was at least an inch below the minimum fill line. After seeing that, we checked the other fluids and there was zero visible brake fluid in the reservoir. I called the dealership leaving a detailed message and never received a call back from them to this day. This week, another white cloud occurred and a squealing sound at startup. The repair shop found RTV sealant had been placed on the serpentine grooves. This covered up the alternator clutch issue which now has to be replaced. I absolutely expect better from a CDJR dealership even if it was a used car. Deceitfully sold. More

I bought my jeep from Melton. They told me that I had a 36,000/mile or 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. My jeep has 26,000 miles on it and won’t be 3 years old until mid march. It wasn’t expensive, but the 36,000 mile or 3 year warranty that I was promised was not honored. They said headlights weren’t included. Then don’t use the words bumper to bumper! More
