I took my Audi Q7 for an oil change there the beginning of November and now I can’t open my hood because of a broken latch. It seems as if now the dealership is blowing me off. Somewhere around the 15th I of November and now I can’t open my hood because of a broken latch. It seems as if now the dealership is blowing me off. Somewhere around the 15th I called and told them that I was not able to open my hood because the latch that releases the hood is missing. They told me to bring it in and they will look at it to which I complied and brought it in the same day. The manager Sean that works in services told me he’d have the part in by the end of the week, but of course it didn’t come in. A week later I called and Sean said it would be in, in a few days. And when that time came they told me they ordered the wrong part. Ok!!! Now it’s around 3 or so weeks since I had my oil change and they still are yanking my chain. Today is the 3rd of December and I have yet to hear from them. Although I was a little upset, they should have followed through with the repair. Just to think that this all happened because I use them for oil changes on my other vehicle. Instead of being upfront they told me they’d be able to change the oil no problem and at the end, Mark told me they had to go out and buy this and buy that in order to make this happen. I was lost for words, like why? Had I known I would of not brought it to you. As the conversation went on he told me the oil change was a little more then expected.. somewhere in the tunes of $220. Again, I’m scratching my head. I reminded him that an authorized dealership charges half that. Moral of the story, they will try to pull a fast one on you and they don’t have experience in higher end vehicles and should have been honest with me from the beginning. I still haven’t heard from these guys about the repair and don’t expect to, I’ve accepted my loss and will happily move on.. I will take my leasing and cars to other dealerships, as I am sure people of my kind aren’t accepted there. More

Was contacted by Napleton Wayzata Chevrolet about a $34.95 oil change offer for my 2017 Traverse. It was changed there 5,000 miles ago. Verified that the special included oil and filter. Went to my app $34.95 oil change offer for my 2017 Traverse. It was changed there 5,000 miles ago. Verified that the special included oil and filter. Went to my appointment and waited for my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when it was "done" in about 30 minutes. I always mark filters and tires to make sure they get changed or rotated. When I checked at home, the same filter was on there and the oil looked the same. All I got was a new windshield sticker telling me to change again in 5,000 miles. The $34.95 special is a great deal- for them. I will contact them and hope they make it right. Beware- this is NOT the excellent Village Chev we've known for years. More

The worst experience in the service department today. Was looking for a bit of help and it was a no at every turn. After talking with salesman wonderful guy came up with some easy solutions. Will not get any looking for a bit of help and it was a no at every turn. After talking with salesman wonderful guy came up with some easy solutions. Will not get any service here again. You may want to remember you are there for the customers not the pay check. I would give the service department zero stars. Very disappointing. More

The car flat out wouldn't start a month later and they said it needed a new battery but they wouldn't honor the warranty so I had to buy a new battery --- car died again 2 more times. They kept trying to sell me another $325 battery. Next time the car wouldn't start I had it jumped and drove it to them. They kept it for 2 days and couldn't figure it out --- and the test took 20 minutes and was $200. They decided to drive the car for 2 days and told me that it started every time (so they say.) Finally, I came to pick up the car to take it somewhere else and the car wouldn't start, They refused to jump it and fought me tooth and nail until I finally started screaming. The jump took less than 30 seconds. Plus, when you buy a car, they make you sign a form that basically says I have no repercussions if the car is a lemon. They sure did joke around about how the car wasn't a lemon and it was in perfect shape with new tires, battery, etc. Blah, Blah!! This place is SLIME! More

Not a great experience We bought a 2012 Impala from here. The buying experience was amazing. From them on nothing went smoothly, I had to make calls to our warranty company when we were told we had to pay for a rental while major repairs were being done, on a different occasion o again had to call warranty company to strengthen out an issue. Service department felt the need to always argue about cost, things that were covered by warranty...just all around not a pleasant experience. More

Extremely poor customer service and overall management Steve, Trust me, if and when, we get such a survey (see below), Village Chev will get the lowest review possible from us. This is for the several r Steve, Trust me, if and when, we get such a survey (see below), Village Chev will get the lowest review possible from us. This is for the several reasons I spoke to “YOU” about on the phone, namely: 1. Our phones in appointment was not on the schedule and everything had to be spelled out again. Your explanation was that “your staff must not have saved it in the computer system”. The information we provided on the phone was very complete and detailed AND even included our VIN! 2. We had asked for a growling noise to be checked out. It was not. A waste of our time! 3. After receiving a voicemail stating the car was ready for pick up, I called back and was told that “she had already picked the car up”. For good reason, I was concerned that our car was stolen. 4. When placed on hold for your staff to find the paperwork, the hold time was so long that the call rang back to the main service number. This was a total cluster! Now, I see on our receipt that “IF WE ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED TO CONTACT STEVE CLARK.....YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 GOAL!” Well, I would have suggested you start with some form of apology rather than a host of excuses! You did not offer even the simplest of apologies. That should be UOUR first form of courtesy.....ALWAYS!!!! Needless to say, our first (and now only) experience with Village Chev was EXTREMELY poor. Trust me, we will pass THAT word on to friends and family! More
