This is my second time leasing a Lexus. I cannot say enough about Lexus of Akron-Canton and especially Mark Stacy. His time is yours. Answered all my questions. I am elderly and after many, many years of driving a sedan, I went to a NX350h. My granddaughter, who is a senior in high school, went with me for the test drive and to check out all the amazing features. She was as impressed as I was. She drives a SUV, so I value her opinion. Mark answered all her questions as well. He asked her questions about school and college. He took time to get to know her. He was able to have Ruth handle the paper work while I was there. I went back the next day to pick up my car and he does a reveal with the car being covered, and when it was uncovered my first words were “it looks so sparkly”, with the pearlescent exterior I had chosen. Mark showed me some of the new features before having Drew sync the new car with my phone to my previous car and show me some additional features. This Lexus dealership has a great team. Everything runs like clockwork and everyone makes you feel so special. Lexus of Akron- Canton and Mark Stacy are tops in my book. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and sales folk in my lifetime but none have ever been as considerate, willing to listen to my concerns and what I am looking for, and just plain nice as Mark and this Lexus dealership.
