This has been one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I was told in writing that only a soft credit pull would be done to estimate my payments. Instead disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I was told in writing that only a soft credit pull would be done to estimate my payments. Instead, they ran six hard inquiries on my credit, which severely damaged my credit score. What’s worse is that they showed no remorse. Instead of apologising, they actually threatened to remove me from their offices when I raised concerns. When TransUnion asked them to submit a cancellation request, they promised to handle it but never followed through. To make matters worse, they even altered the vehicle details before sending information to the banks, which made me look unqualified and gave them an excuse for the multiple hard inquiries. This dealership not only mishandled my application but also showed a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I feel deceived, disrespected, and left with long-term financial damage because of their actions. More
