I have many trophies for being salesman of the month and salesman of the year through my career. With me, it’s more of a focus on helping customer out the best I can and just putting the deal together, I’m am about volume, selling more cars, not trying to make more gross profit per customer. In the end, it adds up for me just fine. I’ve learned that if I serve the customer well then I get rewarded again and again.
