I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on January 2026. Since I’m from Kentucky, I opted for delivery. The truck I received was exactly what I had wanted. However, upon delivery, I noticed a scratch on the bumper. I contacted the dealer, and they mailed a check for repair. As I attempted to back the truck into my garage, I discovered that it wouldn’t fit. The dealer had previously informed me that the truck was a short bed 5,9, but it turned out to be a 6,10. I was aggravated to say the least that now my new-to-me vehicle wouldn’t fit in my garage because the dealer had misinformed me of the vehicle. The following day, I took my kids out in the new truck to enjoy it, only to find that the transmission had a shutter and that it needed to go back to a dealership for repair. I have owned the truck now for 3 weeks and have yet to enjoy my truck while it sits in a service center for parts. The point of purchasing this specific vehicle was to allow it to back into my garage, which it won’t. The salesman has made it clear he was sorry for everything, but there are no plans to help or provide a partial refund in any way. One manager even stated, “That’s why you get things in writing on the bed size.” I wouldn’t trust purchasing a vehicle from Dehaven again! More

Great purchase/trade experience with Roxanne/Mark/Nick. Pricing and negotiation were straightforward and no pressure. Trade offer was very competitive. Entire transaction was able to be negotiated on the phone, including financing. On-site experience at the dealership was just as good. Vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived, paperwork was prepped and ready to sign. Was worth the 5hr drive. Highly recommend DeHaven and would purchase from them again no question! More
