Marlene Greenberg at Ed Morse Delray Toyota Scion

I went to Ed Morse Toyota on Memorial Day weekend, purchased one vehicle and leased another. Customer service was outstanding! Everything was explained in detail, I was made comfortable, my needs were listened to, and the finanicals were explained clearly. I did not feel rushed and felt as though I was "the only client there." Marlene has called to check up on me and my vehicles several times which is reassuring.

This past weekend I traded in a 2009 Corolla for a 2012. My lease was expiring in August of this year and my service advisor Tim Baird mentioned that I might be able to get a deal when you're in the last 6 months of the lease and told me to call Marlene Greenberg. Marlene got me a terrific deal and a gorgeous red car! She was very professional, compassionate, outgoing and knowledgeable. She even got my elderly mother a cup of hot chocolate while we were working on the paperwork! My mother wants to go back to the dealership to visit Marlene.

Tim Baird is the only service advisor we have used for the past 7+ years, he is very honest and never suggests an unnecessary repair.

Ed Morse Toyota is a beautiful dealership with outstanding customer service.

Both Marlene and Tim are an asset to the dealership.

Marlene and Jeff took great care of me. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me. Had it delivered earlier than expected. I was in and out of the dealership much sooner than I expected as well. Marlene helped me sync my phone and answered all my questions. I even went back the next day and she came right over to help me with other questions. I will definitely recommend Delray Toyota, Marlene and Jeff to any friends who are in the market for a new car!

I cannot say enough about this woman that made our car search such an enjoyable experience. I didnt want to leave the dealership! We even exchanged phone numbers and will be getting together in the near future. What a sales person! I spent 10 years as a sales director in the hospitality industry and I was blown away by her persistent nature in making a sale! She is the best and I would tell EVERYONE I know to buy a car from her. She is a keeper. Great asset to Ed Morse Toyota!!

This is the second car in 6 months that I have purchased from Jeannie & Marlene. The first experience was the best car purchase I've ever had. This recent one was equally as wonderful. The personal attention and concern for my purchase needs were outstanding. From the initial contact with Jeannie where she found the exact car that fit my needs to the actual purchase with Marlene, the experience will have me coming back and recommending the dea;ership to people I know who are looking for a vehicle.

The employees that we worked with over the last few days made this a most memorable and positive experience. Marlene was absolutely the best salesperson we have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. She was patient and knowledgeable. She advised us about the vehicle since we had never owned a Tundra. She helped us avoid making any costly mistakes. We never experienced buyer's remorse thanks to her. Jim Eckert was right on top of his game. He even allowed us the opportunity of viewing his vehicle when I had questions as to how ours would look with certain features. Ben Burnett and Jim Holley made this the easiest closing that we have ever had at a auto dealership. They seemed to be genuinely concerned in making us satisfied customers. We will definitely be return customers to Ed Morse Delray Beach Toyota. Kudos for hiring quality personnel!!!!!!

This is the second vehicle I have gotten from this dealership. In fact this is the second vehicle that Marlene Greenberg has help me aquire. Both Frank and Marlene are excellent representatives of Toyota. They made certain that I was getting the right vehicle for me. Both answered all my questions (whether they were answering it for the first time or the twentith time). I would recommend both of them and Ed Morse Toyota to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. I am sorry that the rating scale only goes up to five because they both deserve a rate of 12!

This is our third Toyota from Marlene Greenberg. Her Customer Service is outstanding. She keeps in touch with us and knows exactly what we want next. She had our car ready for us to test drive when we arrived. It was the only one we looked at and it was exactly what we wanted, including appointments, color and price. The Dealership is over 200 miles from our house, but we would drive much further to do business with her again.

Ed Morse Delray Toyota always is a good place to buy !!. We purchased our vehicle last night (Sienna Toyota) and we are so happy. Since we arrived at the store we were treated very well, with much warmth and joy. The saleswoman who waited on us and closed the deal which was Ms. Marlene Greenberg. She was so friendly from the beginning to the end leaving us very satisfied with the quality of the car we bought as the price we paid. This is the 4th car that I purchased from this dealer and my third Camry. Everyone with whom I came in contact were friendly, professional and helpful. This was especially true of my Sales Consultant, Marlene Greenberg. Marlene combines a thorough knowledge of the car that I was interested in with a down to earth, very warm and accommodating personality which made my experience extremely pleasant.
