When i arrived i was told I have to s too. Made a appointment for 10/10 and told the service department i need a loaner car was told firtst come. When i arrived i was told I have to sit and wait till my car gets diagnosed then I will get my loaner maybe. The staff if rude and unprofessional. I will not be using this service department any more. For all the money we spend on these cars there should be some kind of common curtesy. More

turns out that this dealer is a total. sh*tshow. worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a preowned vehicle on Monday, Labor Day. First, I came in because their advertised online p sh*tshow. worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a preowned vehicle on Monday, Labor Day. First, I came in because their advertised online price was $19,958 and in the asterisk it said "with a 1995 down payment". I gave a down payment of $500, yet they wanted to charge me $27,000 for the vehicle. Said I was responsible for the reconditioning of the used car. Total bait and switch, so I should have walked away, but I wanted the vehicle and I negotiated it down... however this should have been a sign of things to come. We made the deal and they gave me the car, that day, *without it passing an inspection*. They threw dealer plates on it on Monday (9/5), and said "come back Thursday morning and we'll do all the work it needs". I couldn't make it Thursday so I offered Tuesday or Wednesday. They said no, in that case it had to be Friday. So I brought it in today, Friday. The work? Oil change, air filters, three (3!!!) new tires, coolant was empty, wiper blades had the silicone separated from the wiper, flopping around like a fish out of water. So I had to buy wipers, out of pocket, when I never should have left the lot without the car being inspected and with my own license plates on it. I brought the vehicle in this morning, Friday. When I arrived, the salesperson never updated service that he told me that he booked me for Friday morning. Miscommunication, whatever, they took me in anyway. I said to the salesperson, the two men checking in the vehicle, AND the service advisor I spoke with NOT to touch the wipers as I had to replace them myself, and that I was seeking reimbursement for the wipers in the amount I paid, $113.02. I gave my salesperson the receipt for the wipers and he said he would talk to the preowned sales manager. I then waited for 2 hours until they offered to give me a ride to work... and got me there 15 minutes late. While at work, they then called me to let me know that the tires needed to be ordered and will be delivered a little later and the car wouldn't be ready until 4 pm. Fine, I get it, that stuff happens all the time. I get there at 4:15 to pick up the vehicle, and I ask the service advisor about the reimbursement. She says that the mechanics not only removed the wipers I bought and replaced them with theirs, they threw them in the bloody garbage. In the service advisors defense, she had the service guys dumpster dive to give them back. However, this does not address the fact that I was given a car with broken wipers. I went back to the sales building and spoke to my salesperson, and they said their manager would not reimburse me for the wiper blades (which I did not cheap out on, rainx silicone ftw, only the best goes on my vehicle for safety) and said "well we gave you a ride to work this morning..." so that should have been enough. What *should* have happened is they give me a loaner car for the day whilst they fixed *their* problems. I still need to be reimbursed for those wipers, which I am adamant happen because the only reason they existed on my Jeep was because of their negligence in giving me a car that had not passed inspection. So I got the Jeep back, and on my way back to work, i called Nissan corporate and spoke with Consumer Affairs... I opened a case against them to get my wiper blades reimbursed, as the dealer, who makes thousands and thousands of dollars on the sale that I gave them, refused to reimburse a simple $113 to make a customer happy. Not only would I not recommend them to my friends and family, now I am going out of my way to leave this review. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows that all they care about is making a sale to look good to their higher ups. More
