Staff was very courteous and attentive, but I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and it took about two hours. This was too long, when I checked out and I mentioned it to the receptionist she tol a.m. appointment for an oil change and it took about two hours. They need to tell customers upfront that it may be a longer than usual wait time. More
