From the time I walked in the door to leaving with my new 2026 Chevy traverse RS was the best customer service that I have experience in years! This was the second vehicle that I bought within two months due 2026 Chevy traverse RS was the best customer service that I have experience in years! This was the second vehicle that I bought within two months due to my first vehicle was totaled out by an accident not my fault. So coming back to Thornton Chevrolet was not even a thought. It was just an experience again.. starting with Clyde who is my salesman on my first 2025 traverse and then two months later on my 2026 traverse was just one of the best individuals that I met. Then there was Courtney after going to finance one of the best finance people that I’ve met that looked out for me and not for the company was Kevin. Then there was Courtney, who walked me through all the apps and made the first OnStar call. All I can say is what an extra extraordinary team.! More
