I didn't feel overwhelmed at all (okay maybe a little bit when I first arrived) but once I went through the doors and they greeted me and all my anxiety went away. I know nothing about Philadelphia when it comes to car dealerships but I highly recommend Chapman. I found my vehicle through carfax.com which lead me to Chapman.
