THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!!Bought a 2015 cadillac escalade esv from Ron which the sale wasn't the issue, but the fact that I was sold a vehicle with cleared codes and problems all around is ridiculous. Purchased "as is" and got to drive it for a week and a half before it started giving me issues and wasn'tabletodrive it anymore. Haven't even gotten the plates or my first monthly payment made and the cadillac dealership told me that the transmission frame is smashed in multiple spots, transmission fluid is getting dark, oil pan is leaking oil, wire harnesses underneath by the transmission are being pinched and getting damaged due to the frame being crushed. Transmission is in permanent "safe mode" until the issues are fixed. Was told that the repair in itself is going to cost over $2000 right off the top to get it fixed. Called this "wonderful" wholesale dealership and talked to Matt Bauer, General Manager at Corwin Public Wholesale, and was told right away that there's absolutely nothing he can do. Great way to treat your customers and to keep people like me coming back, right? And as stated with Ron when the sale was made, I have a large family with 9 kids and needed the extra room and now have absolutely no room to haul them around in a vehicle that doesn't run. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS WITHIN THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS!!!!! Also test drove another vehicle on their lot that had a badly slipping transmission but had it posted on their site with no issues listed. Terrible experience overall and they're just in it for the money, not the customer service.

We've already spoke directly about all of these issues over the phone, Matt. To tell me that there's absolutely nothing you can do to make it right with the customer puts me in complete shock, considering all of these issues and damages were done to the vehicle prior to purchase. Although, you still never told me how NONE of YOUR mechanics supposedly seen or stated the damages to this vehicle prior to selling it to me, considering the Cadillac dealership told me that damages are impossible to miss. And another thing......these pre-made responses don't do anyone any good either considering you weren't even willing to try and work something out or figure something out. Again, all about money and not about the customer or the services provided. Really a shame on your behalf

I reached to my salesman, the sales manager and finance manager. Sales manager told me I got a used vehicle and should expected imperfections. Also told me CarFax said there were no reported accidents. The lack of responding to my concerns furthers my worries that they knew more and didn’t disclose.
