I cannot speak highly enough of Matt Harless, the Sales Manager of The BMW Store. We drove with our son from Michigan to purchase a used vehicle from this store because of their high ratings. When presented with a problem, with the used vehicle that was purchased from this store, they corrected the problem immediately. It is a sign of integrity that they stand behind what they are selling and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend this dealership. Integrity in a dealership is extremely hard to come by and I am impressed with the way the upper management team handled the situation. This was my 20 year old sons first experience buying a used vehicle and the way this Sales Manger reacted and responded was outstanding. Highly recommend The BMW Store and Matt Harless. More
