Buying a car can be overwhelming, emotional, and honestly a little intimidating—especially when you’re doing it not just for yourself, but for your family. From the moment Matt called, I knew this experience was going to be different. Matt helped me get into a bigger, newer vehicle that truly fits my little family, and he did it with care, patience, and a level of intention that you don’t come across often. What stood out most is that Matt is that I was upfront with him that he didn’t need to impress me— he had to impress my 8-year-old daughter. I can happily report that he went above and beyond anyway. He took the time to show us the vehicle and clearly answered every question without rushing. There was never pressure, and for the first time in buying a new car, it was a lot of fun. Matt was there with guidance, honesty, and reassurance for me and my little one. But what truly sealed it for me was how Matt treated my little girl.
