After selling me a car that I couldn’t even drive off of the lot in because it wouldn’t start and then not being willing to fix it after I voiced concern I was told personally by Matthew Marshall that he up the lot in because it wouldn’t start and then not being willing to fix it after I voiced concern I was told personally by Matthew Marshall that he upgraded my coverage on my warranty to pinnacle coverage. They didn’t want to fix my car. They didn’t want me to service my car there they wanted me to go somewhere else so they upgraded my warranty so that way I could, but then whenever I went to use my warranty oh, it was voided on “accident” so I call the finance manager Conner Ellison who told me that he sent an urgent request up to the top to figure out what happened there last I heard back was January 28 and nobody’s answering me. But still pulling my credit 5 times and not disclosing the terms. What a joke man. Plus, I still have the messages from his salesman texting me of his personal cell phone how he wanted to do so much more to me whenever he saw me there with “my girls out”, LOL but he wanted to “remain professional”. What a creep like that is literally disgusting. He’s got a wife and kids on his desk. His name is Reggie Howard. I mean you think if he “actually liked” me he wouldn’t have sold me a car that wouldn’t start. Lol lol. More

My husband and I have had a far better experience with Ewing Subaru of Plano thus far, than we’ve had with any of the other auto dealerships in the DFW area. A lot of other dealerships will misrepresent t Ewing Subaru of Plano thus far, than we’ve had with any of the other auto dealerships in the DFW area. A lot of other dealerships will misrepresent their prices online, in order to lure you in under false pretenses. But Ewing doesn’t engage in that kind of deceptive marketing, and we definitely appreciated their honesty and transparency. They were also extremely accommodating, and their prices for Subaru’s were definitely lower than the competition, which let’s face it, is probably the most important factor when you’re looking to buy a new car, along with having a good selection. Which they did. And everyone who worked there was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Our sales representative, Angel Calix, was so good, that it only took us 1 trip down to the dealership to select and buy the used Subaru Outback that we wanted. And both Angel & his coworkers were willing to stay at the dealership for an extra hour past its normal closing time (until 9PM), in order to ensure that we could complete our vehicle purchase, on a Friday evening. When I’m sure they would’ve loved to have gone home on time and spent that time with their families instead. So that was very generous of them. And so on the whole- I would say that- if you’re looking for a pleasant and professional group of people to help you purchase a new or used Subaru quickly and without stress, deception, or drama- then you should strongly consider working with Angel Calix & Ewing Subaru of Plano. More

We got a great deal on the car, and there was no pressure, just professionalism and transparency. We also appreciated the personal touch—Matt M, the big boss, even came out to shake our hands and thank us, which meant a lot. Connor M. did a great job walking us through the warranty options, even though we ultimately chose not to purchase one. He was thorough and patient, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my husband’s next Subaru—which will be his 4th! Highly recommend Ewing Subaru of Plano and their amazing team. More

If you're shopping for a used car, check with Ewing Subaru Pre-Owned Store first. Don't sleep on this store! Always have some killer deals! The management seems to focus their stores goals on volume instead of knocking your head off. They have earned me as a life long customer. More
