I bought a certified BMW from Ben Davis a few months ago. The car look good and drove good and they claimed it was certified. I pointed out the dire need for brakes and tires and they said they could not aff The car look good and drove good and they claimed it was certified. I had some problems with it a couple months ago and took it to a BMW garage and the first thing they do is the certification inspection. They found $6,000 worth of safety issues with it so I called and talked to a sales manager explain the situation and sent a video and ask if they could help me fix this situation and he laughed at me and asked me to only speak to him about this situation. So I called and talked to another sales manager I told him I was laughed at and he said they don't laugh at their customers. I did send a video for them to see all the safety issues and I talked to the second sales manager about it and asked for a copy of the certification paperwork and he said they don't show that to customers. So I spoke with some other car dealerships and they all sit down with the customer and go through the certified inspection paperwork before they even have to sign on a dotted line. But yet Ben Davis does not show the paperwork to the customers. I also took a Ford to Ben Davis Ford garage and had some issues and they did not want to talk to me about it so I called Ford. Ford told me to call and talk to the service manager and if I can't get anywhere to ask for the top dog. So I talked to the service manager and did not get anywhere and ask for the top dog and I was hung up on. I was not given a link to leave feedback so I hope this gets to the community so they have some knowledge before going in to Ben Davis More

Lied about my used truck being inspected. Told me they couldn’t fix the issues after I bought it but while talking me into buying it told me they could fix it. Asked for 2 keys before we even had a deal was told that was a doable request and salesman refused to get another key for me after vehicle was purchased. Was supposedly given 1 free oil change have no paper was a doable request and salesman refused to get another key for me after vehicle was purchased. Was supposedly given 1 free oil change have no paperwork on that either. Shady buisness. I've done business with Ben davis multiple times and never had such xx . No worries won't be back More
