My service manager did a good job but the dealership is not customer friendly by charging a service fee when customer use a credit card. The dealership I brought my car from had one store and did not charg not customer friendly by charging a service fee when customer use a credit card. The dealership I brought my car from had one store and did not charge a service fee. The dealership was bought out by a dealership with multiple stores, so it just feels like I’m being ripped off. A small mom & pop grocery store a mile away from this dealership offers a 4% discount for paying cash but does not charge a service fee for using a credit card. If Chuppas Market can afford a service fee, so can Ken Ganley Ford. More

I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service of my Focus on 6/20/25. The pickup & delivery was so convenient, and all items were taken care of.
