rip off customer service They will try and nickle and dime you! Charged me 4.95 to apparently wipe up a spot on the shop floor. I'm serious! This is prius in for and oil cha They will try and nickle and dime you! Charged me 4.95 to apparently wipe up a spot on the shop floor. I'm serious! This is prius in for and oil change! They try to sell you add ons not needed nor specified and recommend in the factory manual. Now i see they left some parts out of the shield underneath the car...you've been warned! More
