We took our QX 56 in to have them do the paint check for the recall. They said all was good with the paint on our vehicle. Not so much, we now have a huge area above the windshield and an area along the hoo the recall. They said all was good with the paint on our vehicle. Not so much, we now have a huge area above the windshield and an area along the hood that have or are peeling. Both the dealership and Infinity corporate are saying we’re just out of luck. They will do nothing to help us with this issue on our vehicle. Really disappointed and unhappy that they think it’s OK to know that they have faulty paint and are not willing to fix it. Our other experiences with this dealership have been positive, but their lack of support to get the corporate office to make it right makes me feel obligated to share and continue to share my experience. More

I have been bringing both our cars for service here for some time and have spent a great deal of money at this dealership. The service agents most of the time are dishonest but my recent visit will be the some time and have spent a great deal of money at this dealership. The service agents most of the time are dishonest but my recent visit will be the last. Recently I took my wife's FX35 in for an oil change and I was told that the car needed the power steering fluid flashed which I thought was weird and early but I said yes anyway. I picked up the car, got home, and checked to find out that they didn't perform the service. This is terrible customer service and a terrible practice. I won't be returning. Very disappointed. More
