This dealership went above and beyond to give me excellent customer service. They truly care that a customer's issues are addressed and resolved. Kudos to Matthew Chrans who did some research and found a solution to the issue.. None of the other dealerships I had gone to even considered doing that!! Then Matthew and Antonio Gaskill got me set up with a loaner vehicle and worked with the shop to get the work completed. Today they sent a driver out to deliver my car back to me (a 3 hour drive one way). An A+ experience from start to finish. If you want excellent service - this is the place. More

This is the second time I’ve driven from Des Moines (which has a Mazda dealer) to Omaha just to buy/lease my car from Woodhouse Mazda. Purchased in April 2020. I will not buy anywhere else as they beat (which has a Mazda dealer) to Omaha just to buy/lease my car from Woodhouse Mazda. Purchased in April 2020. Service was good. I didn't have any issues with my service, but after driving my car home, a few days later the battery was dead. It may be because I have not been driving it lately bc of coronavirus, but not sure. I would have thought if the battery had an issue it would have shown up on the inspection. But I think the battery is only a 1-2 years old. More

It was very easy to get a new car after my lease and did not have to wait long for all the paperwork to get done.
