My car spent a total of 13 hours over 3 visits to take care of my recall. I was originally told it was a 5 minute update. Visit 1 was 2.5 hours. Returned to have the recall done manually and was told it w care of my recall. I was originally told it was a 5 minute update. Visit 1 was 2.5 hours. Returned to have the recall done manually and was told it would take 2.5 hours. After 7 hours, I was told it was ready then learned after I arrived that a part was needed and I had to come in again. Then it took them 15 more minutes to locate my car on the lot when I told them it wasn't in either parking lot. I returned today for the third time, and after 5 hours (good updates on progress today) it was finished. At visit 2, I also mentioned I had received 5 offers (phone, email, and text) since July 1 about selling my car. I asked not to be contacted again. Between visit 2 and today, I received 2 more emails from Brandon Scoggjn and Jessica about selling my car. I think 7 notifications in 17 days is harassing. I'm traveling from Shorewood for every visit and wasn't even able to get a loaner car. I'm from the Bradley-Bourbonnais area originally and like to do business in my hometown even though I moved 8 years ago. I even get my oil changes from you. Unfortunately, I may switch to Rod Baker or Tirapelli from here out because of the hassle. More

Things need to be more convenient when going in for an oil change. Quick lane is supposed to be quick or you need to change the name. It shouldn’t take 2.5 hours for the works to be done, especially when oil change. Quick lane is supposed to be quick or you need to change the name. They took to long for the works to be done but also due to their error it made me make an appt with service center and waste my time as well the tech and service writer time. And the estimating prices for things need to be better. The service center made it right and quick lane assisted with that. More
