Very disappointing and dishonest experience with Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Loveland. I inquired about a 2025 RAM listed on CarFax and was told the vehicle was available. We agreed I would buy it Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Loveland. I inquired about a 2025 RAM listed on CarFax and was told the vehicle was available. We agreed I would buy it the next day. They sent a contract with an undisclosed dealer add-on; I replied that I accepted their listed price and fees without negotiating and was promised a corrected contract within an hour. I secured financing and was ready to sign and send a down payment -- only to receive a call saying they had sold the truck to someone who walked into the dealership. I wasted hours preparing a good-faith purchase. Apparently, verbal agreements and active transactions mean nothing here. Buyer beware. More
