Bought a 4Runner and said I wanted rubber mats instead carpet. All the other 4Runners we looked at had rubber mats. Was told they would put the all weather mats in. I specifically asked does that include carpet. All the other 4Runners we looked at had rubber mats. Was told they would put the all weather mats in. I specifically asked does that include the cargo mat and was told yes. The cargo mat wax not put in and when we picked up was told in is not included. That’s just wrong! Jamie Dukes More
