I scheduled this appointment by phone one week prior to the appointment. Upon arrival to the dealer I was over an hour early for the appointment as scheduled. I was told their appointments closed at 11 whi the appointment. Upon arrival to the dealer I was over an hour early for the appointment as scheduled. I was told their appointments closed at 11 which was an hour prior to my arrival and two hours prior to my appointment. They told me I shouldn’t have been able to schedule and that I’d need to reschedule. They then returned and said they would do the service. I asked for my tire pressures to be put at the correct pressure and for a tire rotation to be done. They said they would do both services and did not. I also received a lot of hostility from one of the cashiers. I had also inquired if they even had an appointment that was scheduled at any point and they said no. I’ve been coming to vision Henrietta for years and the service has severely declined. While I appreciated that they performed the required services I did not appreciate the attitude from the cashier and they did not perform all services that were requested. More

I had a 6 month routine appointment for an oil change, new oil filter, and a tire rotation. I also had a new engine air filter installed during the appointment. All work was completed satisfactorily I abo new oil filter, and a tire rotation. I also had a new engine air filter installed during the appointment. Matt was great. . Friendly, Professional. I loved the pictures taken of the parts showing wear. I did some research about the turbo intermittently not working. Found . Friendly, Professional. Found there could be a problem with the Waste Gate or Turbo Sensor..no need to replace the turbo. We are monitoring the oil consumption as well with your help to remind us to check it. Vision in Henrietta was the best car buying experience I've had. I was able to find a car online, have it available to test drive when I arrived from working out of town on Friday afternoon. I loved it as I've had. I was able to find a car online, have it available to test drive when I arrived from working out of town on Friday afternoon. I loved it as soon as I drove it. We started the paperwork right on the spot. I was done there in a very short time. The next day, I was able to finalize the transaction and was driving my new truck by 11:30 that day. They handled everything perfectly, and the truck was perfect when I left. If only for 15 minutes as I drove through typical Rochester weather to my next destination. More
