I started with Matt Ramey, my Sales person. I strongly recommend you start there too. If he can't make you happy, no one can. His Sales Manager stopped by to say hello. The best thing I can say is that he is "real". He wants to help. The Finance Manager is another 'real', caring person who was great to deal with, but it doesn't end there. As much as I was impressed by those folks, what really blew me away was their Shop People. They weren't just doing a job. You could tell they cared. If you're buying a car, new or used, visit Diehl.
