Another great buying experience at Speck Ford, I cannot thank the Sales Manager David Gonzalez enough, He had his people go to Spokane to get the Ford F150 I wanted. Then once again put a good deal togethe thank the Sales Manager David Gonzalez enough, He had his people go to Spokane to get the Ford F150 I wanted. Then once again put a good deal together for me. We always hope to get a better deal, but overall, I am pleased and satisfied with the deal offered to me as I always am with David at the helm of it all. Next, I would like to address my Salesman, Matthew Steelman, I will never be able to find all the right words to describe this wonderful salesman. He is the epitome what all sales personnel should be, he second to none, head and shoulders above his peers. In my all years of buying cars and truck have I ever ran into a salesman of his caliber! This man went above and beyond what most customers would expect, during the sale and after the sale. He has been steadfast in helping to resolve any and all issues. This gentleman is truly an advocate for his client's. He makes sure the customer is pleased and happy every step of the way. I am 71 years old, so I don't know how many more vehicles I will ever buy, but I sure hope to have Matthew Steelman as my salesman, and let's not forget David Gonzalez, hopefully he will also be there to make me a great deal on my next purchase. I work with Matt S. on buying a used truck. My situation is rather un usual because I live in Alaska, so trying to buy without being on site to look it over, driving mys on buying a used truck. My situation is rather un usual because I live in Alaska, so trying to buy without being on site to look it over, driving myself, etc.. is difficult. Matt however, did and excellent job of taking several videos, explaining everything and test driving it for me. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him and this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
