Purchased a 2022 BMW X6 M50i from Jaguar Land Rover Akron and was misled about critical safety work. I was told in writing by the salesperson that the rear brakes and brake flush were completed. They were no and was misled about critical safety work. I was told in writing by the salesperson that the rear brakes and brake flush were completed. They were not. Once this was uncovered, the dealership later replaced the rear brakes and called that “good faith,” but that was simply correcting a misrepresentation — not goodwill. A certified BMW dealership documented that the front brakes and rotors also required immediate replacement and provided photos and videos directly to Jaguar Land Rover Akron. Despite this, the GM refused to authorize proper repairs, offered to replace pads only, and questioned BMW’s findings instead of addressing them. I was even told to drive the vehicle several hours back to Ohio with unsafe brakes because they would not accept BMW’s inspection. This experience involved misrepresentation, defensiveness when confronted with documentation, and an unwillingness to properly address a safety issue. I would strongly advise anyone purchasing from this dealer to independently verify all service claims before taking delivery. More

Scheduling online was easy and the team was very prompt in handling issue and even buffed out a scratch without asking me or charging which was very appreciated. Food and beverages were well stocked.
