Michael Payne from Sales was great. Making a deal with Finance and having to dispute the fees is exhausting. They verbally agree to one thing and then rush you through the paperwork a Making a deal with Finance and having to dispute the fees is exhausting. They verbally agree to one thing and then rush you through the paperwork after keeping you there for 3 hours so that they can have you sign and agree to something different. Really disappointing.
