I have been with O'Daniel Automotive group for over 5 years and have been in the service industry my whole life. I have 2 children; my son Henry and daughter Victoria who enjoy going to the Zoo and taking small trips to any amusement park, swimming pool or museum in the area. This was hands down the BEST experience my wife and I have ever had with a car dealership. I believe this was our 12th vehicle purchased over the years and the first from O’Daniel. The entire team w have ever had with a car dealership. I believe this was our 12th vehicle purchased over the years and the first from O’Daniel. The entire team was VERY engaged, professional, genuine, and sincere in all steps of the process. My initial contact started with an online text request to confirm our desired vehicle was still available. The confirmation reply arrived almost instantly! I nearly fell out of my chair when I read the reply and it was from a real live person! I was anticipating no follow up or a generic response at best. Following this reply, an appointment was set up for us the upcoming Saturday with a welcoming confirmation message. Upon arrival on Saturday, we were greeted by staff near the front door with a smile and met both Brennen and Matt. We were offered refreshments at this time and Brennen promptly show my wife and I our selected and staged clean vehicle and confirmed it was what we desired (Mazda CX-70 Soul Red Turbo S Premium). We confirmed it was the car we wanted and then I worked on the final purchase agreement details with Brennen. This negotiation process was handled very professional and all our objections and concerns were acknowledged and addressed without any arguments or pressure. We then met with Luke to finalize our paperwork and confirmed our purchase options. We then all chatted and got to know each other on a personal level sharing a few stories and pictures before leaving. This experience made us feel like we have known them all for a long time as if they were long lost friends. Ultimately, we finished our conversation and drove home in our new car.
