My wife and I went to White’s Honda Toyota convinced we didn’t want to transition from an SUV to a minivan. We worked with Mike Walters while visiting the facility. Mike displayed extreme patience while my wife test drove multiple vehicles to ensure she was getting the one she wanted. Mike stayed until closing on a Friday night and then met with us again Saturday morning to prevent us from making an impulsive decision about buying a vehicle. He was never pushy or annoyed by our indecisiveness. He was truly a phenomenal salesman. We had fantastic, genuine conversations with every associate we came in contact with. Things went great until I got car home and noticed paint had/has imperfections in it. The stories I was told and process to get fixed was unbelievable.
