There could be more focus on making sure a used car is purchased that it is clean from front to back and inside. Also that the engine is clean . I had a 10 out of 10 experience taking my car in for an oil change. The service manager was very professional and kind, even though I was late to my service appointment, and made the entire process simple oil change. My case manager has been working with me on resolving an issue - dealership says there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle - my case manager told me they were supposed to call the Mazda IT department while it w issue - dealership says there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle - my case manager told me they were supposed to call the Mazda IT department while it was in their service; apparently they never did. She requested screenshots of every step they took to resolve the issue and they never sent them to her. She’s now sending me to Hall Mazda to try to have the issue resolved. More
