At first I came in at 12:00pm I was suppose to have an appointment with Richie, however I had waited 1 Hour for Richie and nothing and one your representative’s came over and acknowledged me and asked if appointment with Richie, however I had waited 1 Hour for Richie and nothing and one your representative’s came over and acknowledged me and asked if I had been assisted by Richie, I told them no and immediately I was put with another representative and they started the process immediately and he got the ball rolling for me, so from this point forward it was a smooth process from start to finish and I was very happy.
