Tim was incredible. He opened the car trunk to hood and took us on a tour of the entire thing. The process was an exhausting waste of time in my opinion because we had everything worked out and I came in with a pre-approval but the finance managers were more interested in joking with each other and tossing about inappropriate profanity to be bothered to do their jobs. But Tim was excellent. Amazing salesman. Too bad the finance team here is a complete joke. More
