Anderson, Meena and Ephrem were helpful in the sales price, although we were hoping for a more competitive loyalty discount. The was a software issue with the new car, but Meena and Anderson were helpful in getting that sorted out for us with minimal inconvenience. Brandi in finance was great! The missing star is due to the software update problem and lack of incentives from Volvo. With a $90k car for a repeat customer we would have expected better incentives and maybe throw in a cargo cover, trailer hitch wiring or even a coffee mug...something. We've always received more love from BMW and Acura. More
