I highly reccomend Elly and Boucher Hyundai. I found myself on the market for a new vehicle after being hit by a distracted driver. After nearly pulling my hair out with several other dealerships, Elly and Boucher offered a top notch experience. They were honest, transparent, efficient, and easy to work with. They offered a great price on the exact model I was looking for and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Instead of pressuring me for the sale and addition service plans, they were great at explaining my options to make sure I got what I needed, without anything extra and unnecessary, and was still happy with the price. I drove from out of town to sign papers and pick up the vehicle and they had everything ready just as we discussed for a fast delivery, while still making time for all of my questions and orienting me to the new vehicle. The cherry on top was finding a thank you gift of a new grill being loaded into the trunk. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will recommend them to my freinds. This is my third Hyundai purchase, and by far my best experience working with a salesperson. I had a couple of unpleasant experiences with another Hyundai dealership when searching for an Elantra. They had no sense of urgency, did not update their inventory accurately and were not respectful of my schedule when trying to find a date and time to meet. That being said, I decided to reach out to Boucher. Although they were much further away, it was well worth the experience we had while shopping and purchasing a vehicle. Not only were their sale prices lower than the other dealership, but their staff was also more competent. We had the pleasure of working with Elly, who was extremely prompt, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly—not pushy! She stayed late and went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. It was also a pleasant surprise when Boucher offered us a chance to select from an array of extravagant gifts for the purchase of our vehicle. I highly recommend Boucher as a dealership, and I plan to return for future purchases. More
